Basic Weekly Inspection

  • Free Initial Inspection.

  • Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.

  • Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.

  • Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.

  • Check that A/C is cooling and keeping set point. 

  • Run all faucets (hot and cold), turn on showers and flush toilets to verify there are not signs of leaks or clogged drains.

  • Main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).

  • Check electrical panel for tripped breakers.

  • Visual inspection throughout property.

  • Check water level of pool and visually inspect pool screen and pump etc.

  • Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check for signs of vandalism or anything out of place.

  • IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of abnormalities found.
